Refund policy
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
The item(s) and its packaging must be returned to us in the same condition that you received it. When returning anything packaged, please place the item inside a satchel or another box and do not attach anything to the original product packaging, as your return will not be accepted.
We regret that once a product has been personalised or customised in any way, it cannot be changed or cancelled. This includes badminton rackets that have been custom strung, and apparel that has been personalised with a custom name.
FAULTY ITEMS RETURN
All repairs will be carried out by the supplier and not by Racket Shop. Some items might not be repairable and a replacement or refund will be offered.
Manufacturer warranty periods and the availability of items for replacement are at the manufacturer’s discretion and out of Racket Shops' control. We will do our best to ensure we get a quick repair, replacement or refund for you and we will keep you completely informed during the process.
Return the item with a copy of the invoice and we’ll contact you ASAP and start the process.
If you have received a product that is damaged during the delivery process, kindly contact us within 72 hours after receiving your order.
Please take pictures of the damaged product right after you remove the packaging. It is also helpful if you can spot any damages to the package from the outside.
We will begin an investigation process and if we find that the package was damaged in transit, we will arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you at no cost.
Please note that damages incurred during the delivery process are out of our control. That being said, our dispatch team will make sure that all your orders are securely packed and labelled as FRAGILE especially for racquets.
If a racket arrives damaged then it must be left in the condition in which it is received e.g. Do not cut the strings. Photos must be sent in the condition the product is received.
We will meet all obligations under the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
