Shipping policy
Racket Shop NZ ships nationwide with quick and reliable courier companies.
We aim to process orders within 1 business day and send items out within 2 business days. Custom items (rackets with stringing) may take an extra 2 business days to prepare.
A tracking number will be provided once picked up by the courier company.
Expected Delivery Since Dispatch:
- Auckland 1 - 2 Business Days
- North Island 2 - 3 Business Days
- South Island 2 - 3 Business Days
We do not ship outside of New Zealand at this time.
